This community waterfront event, hosted by the Hingham Maritime Center, celebrates Hingham Harbor while recognizing important milestones:

• The 55th anniversary of the Hingham Maritime Center
• The 20th anniversary of the Hingham High School Rowing Association
• America’s Semisquicentennial – the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding

Our Homecoming event features:

• A rowing regatta in the “beach sprint” format, conducted just offshore from Bathing Beach, with youth and adult racing categories
• Paddleboards available for public use under supervision
• Maritime-themed educational stations for children and adults

The event will also showcase local nonprofits and businesses hosting informational tables to engage with attendees.
